Shipping & return policy


  • When you as a customer order items via the webshop, the order is completed as soon as payment has been made. You will then receive confirmation of the purchase agreement.
  • We will ship the order as soon as possible, usually the same day, if ordered before 2 p.m. We take two to three days as a starting point. You cannot derive any rights from this.
  • We as Schwung Amsterdam supply everything from our own stock. We try to keep it up to date. Nevertheless, it can sometimes happen that the stock level is not quite right. Therefore, we reserve the right that if the stock level is incorrect or in case of unforeseen circumstances, we will not be able to deliver the ordered product (s). We will inform you of this as soon as possible. In that case, your money will be returned within 5 working days. Orders from 50 euros are delivered free of charge.
  • Items under 50 euros will pay 6.95 shipping costs. For shipments to Germany and Belgium, 13 euros will be charged for shipping costs.
  • Schwung Amsterdam reserves the right to change the price of our products at any time. However, once the purchase agreement has been concluded, price changes do not affect the order concerned.

Payment and shipping

Payments go through Buckaroo's secure payment environment. We use the following payment methods:

  • PayPal
  • Visa / Mastercard
  • Maestro

The packages are sent with Post NL. As soon as your order has been submitted and paid for at our webshop, you will receive an email with the confirmation of the order and the details of the order. The package is then sent with Post NL. When the order is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code so that you can track the order.

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of shipping date, provided they are unworn and undamaged.
  • The article must have the original labels.
  • Send the article with sufficient postage and via Track & Trace to Schwung Amsterdam. Jan Pieter Heijestraat 166 H 1054 ML Amsterdam.
  • Or return it to the store at the above address.
  • Report in advance what you want to return.
  • You will then receive a confirmation of receipt by email and the purchase amount will be refunded within 7 days.
  • If you return an order, we will refund the delivery costs. These are the costs for the home delivery of the item.

Note: this only applies if you return the entire order. If you order 2 items and keep 1 and return 1, we will not pay the delivery costs. You always pay the (return) costs for returning the goods yourself.

  • In case of incorrect delivery or a production error, the return shipping costs will also be reimbursed.
